For those who do not have insurances/claim filing/adjustments/legal matters.

Payment is expected up front to avail of these prices.
Some procedures may be done at an affiliate facility that has agreed to extend these prices to our patients.

Prices at other facilities may differ unless purchased with our guaranteed pricing.

Subsequent visit - $ 70

X-ray - upto 2 views of one part - $ 40

Alternative Medicine Consult - $200. Lasts upto 30 Minutes at "Your Family Doctor" Office on County Line Rd - 13028 County Line Rd.

Suboxone evaluation and treatment - $ 140 - includes visit, drug test, online counseling and doctor visit.

Full Physical Men under 40 - includes chest xray, labs, urine, examination. $ 150 - Pay $ 50 extra and avail of opportunity to discuss all tests done with physician.

Full Physical women over 21 - includes pap smear, breast check, general check and urine analysis. $ 150. Pay $ 50 extra and avail of opportunity to discuss all tests done with physician.

Full Physical women over 40 - includes over 21 physical PLUS Labs - including EKG, Chest X-ray, Blood tests (CBC, CMP, TSH, Lipids) - $ 320. Pay $ 50 extra and avail of opportunity to discuss all tests done with physician.

Bone Density - Whole body scan - $ 100. Pay $ 35 extra and avail of opportunity to discuss results of bone density done with physician.

Ultrasounds - typically around $110. Requires a follow up visit.

Anonymous HIV testing - results available within 30 minutes - $75

Strep test - $ 25 - If done as part of the visit.

Lab tests - CBC - $ 30, CMP - $ 40, TSH - $ 40, Lipid panel - complete - $40

Urine Pregnancy test - $ 12. If done as part of the visit.

Stool for blood - $ 15. Requires a follow up visit.

3 day stool test for blood - $ 30 If done as part of the visit.

Instant Heart attack test - Troponin I - $ 100 If done as part of the visit.

Instant Electrolytes - Stat - (BMP plus ionized Calcium plus Hemoglobin) - $ 100 If done as part of the visit.

SOB Package - Includes Chest Xray, EKG, Visit, Troponin I, Instant Heart attack test - Troponin I,

Sleep Study (Home based sleep study)- $250 (Advantage is that you do not have to spend the night somewhere else and pay upto $2000)

Holter monitoring (Overnight cardiac monitor) - $ 180

Echocardiogram - $ 220

Spirometry - lung function test - $ 100
