Other services include: Communicable Disease Treatment, Education and Prevention, Adult/Child Immunizations, Family-Planning/Birth Control, Team Clinics, healthy start for pregnant women or new moms with risks that could cause problems for themselves or their babies, school physicals and medication assistance programs for income eligible clients
